Summary

The need to maintain vendor information is crucial for communities and the property management companies that care for them. VendorAlly is a supplementary web-application for clients of TOPS Software and the vendors that service their communities. Vendors are able to manage contact information, insurance records and digital payment preferences, as well as submit invoices digitally.

Branding & Identity

Although the VendorAlly application is a supplimentary tool and part of the TOPS [ONE] platform, it was created for a completely different market and required a strong brand of its own.

Using colors that are familiar to the TOPS customer base, I created an icon that merged the V and A into a handshake providing an symbol of trust.

SaaS UI / UX Development

While working along-side of the TOPS Product team, VendorAlly’s User Interface was designed to be very intuitive, focusing on the core needs of the users. Property Management companies needed a simple way for their vendors to digitally submit invoices and keep their contact and insurance information up-to-date, and this application does it flawlessly.

The application itself was built on a powerful SaaS technology stack including HTML, SCSS, Angular and the Hasura GraphQL engine for the front-end with C# and PostgreSQL handling the backend.
