TOPS [ONE] is a web-based Accounting and Customer Relationship Management software created for Property Management companies of all sizes. The modern UI and intuitive design puts the information they need at their fingertips. With a full Accounting Suite, Document Management, Mass Messaging, a Ticket Management System, Custom Field system, 2-way Owner Communications and a Full Reporting Suite, this software packs a lot into an easy-to-use package that can be used on any device.

Color with a Purpose

Color is a simple language that allows users to easily associate elements within a complex system. A series of colors were created into a common pallet that was incorporated across various products within the TOPS [ONE] platform, building consistency and easy-to-recognize elements.

Award Winning User Experience

Working hand-in-hand with the Product team, I helped to conceptualize and wireframe the User Experience for the application. As the sole designer among the entire engineering team, I was responible for developing much of the front-end UI of the system and many of the custom components and features.

In 2017, The American Business Awards awarded TOPS Software two different Stevie Awards for the TOPS [ONE] platform. The first was a Gold Stevie for Best User Experience. The second, a Bronze Stevie awarded to the Best New Product or Service in their Financial Management Solution category.

Crafting a Complex UI & Simple Experience

CRM

“People first” is a motto that businesses should live by. That’s why the Customer Relationship Management features in [ONE] are so strong. The Property Mangers needed access to the information for the communities and residents that they manage, quickly and easily.

Accounting

The heart of the platform is the powerful Accounting engine that handles payables, receivables, budgeting, bank integrations and more. The reporting engine that has dozens of standard and custom reports provides professional document outputs that their customers rely on each month.

Management

The ticket management features of the system allow users to create violations, work orders and service requests and track those tickets through their lifespan, sending email & print notifications and keeping homeowners updated along the way.
